IDX Channel ESG Awards 2025
XLSMART received the Electricity and Telecommunications Infrastructure Sector Award at the 2025 IDX Channel ESG Awards, which were held in Jakarta on July 4, 2025. The award recognises companies and top executives in Indonesia who are committed to sustainable business practices. XLSMART was recognised for their program "Integrated ESG Initiatives Towards a Sustainable Telecommunications Business," which was represented by Ratu Maulia Ommaya, Head of Sustainability XLSMART
The ESG Awards were based on a comprehensive assessment of four key aspects: Environment, Social, Corporate Governance, and Innovation in Sustainable Finance. XLSMART is presently prioritising strong and integrated ESG harmonisation as a critical component of its business transformation. The organisation continues to promote environmentally friendly network technology, prioritise digital inclusion and community empowerment, and strengthen responsible governance practices.
CXtraordinary Evening 2025
At the CXtraordinary Evening 2025 event hosted by Marketing magazine in collaboration with CARRE CX Expert on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at Metail Fountain Garden, Senayan, Jakarta, XLSMART secured two prestigious awards. These included awards for System Availability & Reliability and Digital Care - NON-BFI (non-banking, financial, and insurance) categories.
Yessie Dianty Yosetya, Director & Chief Information Officer of XLSMART, received the CXtraordinari Tech Award for her leadership and contributions to assuring the resilience of the company's IT systems, particularly in the System Availability & resilience area. The prise recognises her efforts to create robust and sustainable digital systems.
In addition, XLSMART received the Exceptional Service Performance award, which is the highest level of distinction in the Digital Care - NON-BFI category. CARRE CX Expert, an independent entity that has overseen over 399 contact centres in Indonesia for more than 20 years, conducted the judging. The study employed an Index-Based Scoring technique and User-Generated Content (UGC) Scrapping Analysis, resulting in a more comprehensive and objective assessment of service quality.
AWS Generative AI Hackathon
XLSMART was also awarded the AWS Generative AI Hackathon, a regional technological innovation competition based on the Amazon Bedrock Platform hosted in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The event, attended by 23 teams from across Asia, intended to promote the use of generative AI. XLSMART earned three awards: Grand Innovation Champion, Enterprise Excellence Award, and Special Recognition Award.
These wins stemmed from two impactful and scalable pilot projects. The Intelligent team developed “Intelligent API Routing”, which simplifies API configurations through a natural language interface. Meanwhile, the AnwarAI team developed the "AI-Powered Log Helpdesk", which automates log analysis and accelerates troubleshooting by up to 80%. Though still at the pilot stage, both projects show great promise for improving operational efficiency and service quality. The regional collaboration among telecom operators in the hackathon was also noted as a vital step in fostering synergy, sharing best practices, accelerating AI adoption, and amplifying the reach of innovation across countries.
