Smartfren is supported by a 300% increase in the number of BTS (Base Transceiver Stations) strengthening network speed in the region. “XLSMART now ranks as a strong #2 in the West Region, reflecting our growing competitiveness in the national telecommunications industry,” said Rajeev.
With a more consistent network quality, XLSMART is ready to support the daily digital needs of the community. “Services in the West Region will continue to expand through the strengthening of mobile backbone and fiber optic infrastructure. These investments support the development of Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) and Fixed Broadband (FBB) services, while ensuring more stable network quality in suburban and rural areas,” Rajeev explained.
Aligned with the national strategy, XLSMART will continue to maintain three main brands — XL, AXIS, and Smartfren — in the West Region to effectively reach targeted market segments. Customers can choose from flexible service packages offering large data quotas, access to popular digital platforms, and other digital service bonuses through the UNLIMITED Suka-Suka product line, available in various variants — Hemat, Pas, Puas, Spesial, and Juara — starting at just IDR 1,600 per day.
