During the Ramadan period until the Eid holidays, network traffic is expected to increase compared to traffic on weekdays, and will increase again when entering the Eid holidays. For this reason, XL Axiata has prepared a network that can accommodate all of the increased traffic by adding up to 200% capacity compared to the daily capacity. In addition, network optimization is also carried out by looking at the possibility of movement of the public or customers. Therefore, the government policy that prohibits homebound travel during Eid will be a direction to further strengthen networks in residential areas.

Digital services that can help occupy customers and stay in touch with people will be widely accessed by the public. Applications that provide e-books are likely to also be widely accessed in order to obtain digital versions of the Koran and other religious books. In addition, applications that allow people to stay in touch digitally are also likely to be increasingly accessed. Ramadan and Eid traditions also encourage people to strengthen friendship. Applications that allow virtual gatherings of groups such as for online school or distance learning will also be used for families and community gatherings. The possibility of increased traffic will also occur on applications that provide entertainment and lifestyle facilities, especially those that stream music, movies, videos, and games.

To complement the various products that XL is introducing during Ramadan, XL also presents a virtual event that will reveal various stories from many well-known figures that have never been told before. These various events can be watched on the Instagram and YouTube accounts of @myXL. Customers can keep track of information regarding various other XL programs and have the chance to win an array of prizes on the @myXL social media account.
