PT XL Axiata Tbk (XL Axiata) through XL Axiata Business Solutions has obtained the ISO 22301:2019 Certification which is an international standard to provide the best quality services. This certificate acknowledges the ability of business actors to implement, maintain, and improve management systems to protect, reduce the possibility of problems, and prepare, respond to, and recover from disturbances when a problem occurs. In this case, the scope certified by XL Axiata relates to services to B2B (Business-to-Business) customers.

The process of obtaining the ISO Certification is a challenge itself. According to Feby, besides having to pass an audit from the ISO certification body, his party must also be able to consistently carry out problem handling systems and procedures, especially in crisis conditions that the service quality remains good and maintained. In addition, a periodic audit process will also be carried out every year. This certification process runs for six months, during which XL Axiata Business Solutions went through it smoothly, effectively, and efficiently.
