XL PRIORITAS Launches MyPRIO Talk+ Plan

Jakarta, October 25, 2019,  PT XL Axiata Tbk (XL Axiata) continues to innovate to fulfill the needs of its customers in every segment. One recent innovative product is the “MyPRIOTalk+”, a special plan highlighting voice call offers for postpaid XL PRIORITAS customers.

Through this plan, XL PIORITAS provides more voice call quota to other operators and unlimited calls to XL Axiata and Axis mobile numbers, enabling customers to optimize their talktime in all networks. Internet data and text quotas are included in the package as well. Another innovation in XL PRIORITAS product line is the “PRIO DEAL” program, a further development of the “XL PRIO Shopping Point” program.

Octavia Kurniawan added that, in spite of data service becoming increasingly dominant and apps offering voice service through the internet, in reality, part of XL PRIORITAS customers remain more accustomed to calling straight from the phone. These customers include young entrepreneurs or professionals between 20-30 years of age. Realizing this, XL Axiata provides an innovative product tailored to their needs. This innovative plan also serves as an effort by XL Axiata to attract new customers from those who rely on quality voice call service.

The new MyPRIO Talk+ consists of four plans to suit every customer’s needs. Each plan includes a voice call quota to other operators and XL users, data access across all of XL Axiata network, and worry-free SMS to all operator.

  • myPRIO Silver Talk+, 150 minutes of talktime to other operator, priced at Rp 100 thousand,
  • myPRIO Gold Talk+, 250 minutes of talktime to other operator, Rp 150 thousand,
  • myPRIO Platinum Talk+, 450 minutes of talktime to other operator, Rp 250 thousand,
  • myPRIO Diamond Talk+, 700 minutes of talktime to other operator, Rp 450 thousand,

This plan may be used by all PRIORITAS customers. New XL PRIORITAS customers may register for the plan through PRIORITAS Center/XPLOR/XL Center or via the prioritas.xl.co.id website. Existing customers of XL PRIORITAS may purchase this monthly plan through the myXL Postpaid mobile app or by dialing *123#.

Customers may upgrade their smartphones every year

Existing and new customers alike may benefit from the various conveniences offered by postpaid bundling services, myPRIO DEAL and myPRIO DEAL Plus, which can be adjusted to suit every kind of need and lifestyle.

Customers who choose myPRIO DEAL service would earn substantial cashback which may be exchanged for a smartphone of any brand in stores, as well as unlimited voice call and text to XL mobile numbers, and unlimited chatting and streaming via music and video apps such as Netlix, Hooq, Viu, Iflix, and Joox, and parental apps such as Kaspersky, Bosco, and Magical English. This service is offered in Gold, Platimum, Diamond, and Diamond+ packages with a choice of 12 or 24 months of contract. More cashback is given for higher tiers and longer contract.

In addition, myPRIO DEAL PLUS is an excellent choice for customers who wish to upgrade their smartphones annually. The advantages offered by this service enable customers to  purchase their dream phone every year. Various conveniences are available, such as light installments and downpayment starting from Rp 500 thousand, and 6-months insurance benefit for smartphones. This service also includes a complete mobile plan with unlimited calls and text to XL numbers, as well as unlimited streaming for music, video, and parental apps. At the end of contract, customers need only return their old smartphone to XL center to obtain a newer replacement through the same scheme. This service is offered in a 12-months contract with a choice of Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond Tiers.

Octavia Kurniawan said this innovative program is the first of its kind in Indonesia. XL PRIORITAS will continue to innovate to fulfil the needs of its customers, in line with improvements to XL Axiata network quality. XL Axiata’s service is currently supported by more than 127 thousand base transceiver stations (BTS), including more than 53 thousand 3G BTS and more than 37 thousand 4G BTS. XL Axiata keeps expanding its 4G LTE network to cover more than 408 cities/ regencies in Indonesia. XL Axiata also continues investing in fiber optics, transmission, backhaul, network modernization, and other network upgrades to improve the stability and capacity of networks and the quality of data service as data traffic increases.
