"

At present the government continues to perfect the education curriculum that is sensitive to the development of digital technology. This effort is expected to get full support from the principal and teachers to change the learning method by utilizing the technology that is currently developing. XL Axiata is a pioneer in developing a series of digital-based character education and development programs at the MA level.

This MadrasahAliyah BootCamp Leadership is specifically carefully designed so that all participants can be actively and intensively involved in each session. The participants will get a series of training to introduce and prepare to enter the 4.0 industrial revolution. This program will be filled with a series of material on how to become a reliable talent, introduction of IoT, effective and applicable public speaking, work effectiveness, increasing collaboration capabilities, inspiring social media to be creative in solving problems. The entire training will be collaborated with the effective use of digital solutions.

This program will be held for 3 days and 2 nights, 18-20 July 2019 in Bogor, West Java. During the camp process, all participants joined in this program will be divided into 10 groups where each group will be accompanied by facilitators and mentors who have been prepared. They will then be trained and given briefings in two directions to ensure all participants can participate actively. A total of more than 30 XL Axiata employees with diverse expertise were directly involved as mentors to this program.

In addition to this Boot Camp program, XL Axiata Together with the Ministry of Religion previously trained 1200 students in the Sejabodetabek Aliyah Madrasah through a teaching employee program. Furthermore, free internet facilities for a year through the Quota Donation Movement program will be distributed to 579 Islamic Senior High Schools throughout Indonesia until the end of this year. The Ministry of Religion guarantees that the facility is effective and targeted, by opening an official portal for online registration www.madrasah.kemenag.go.id/madrasahdigital/.

Based on the latest data released by APJII in 2018, it shows that the age of 15-19 years with the student profession is the highest age of internet users reaching 91%. This figure shows that internet penetration among students such as Islamic Senior High Schools / Senior High Schools / Vocational Schools is experiencing very rapid growth. XL Axiata hopes that this program can spawn generations of qualified leaders who are from the MA. Improving communication skills effectively, forming critical and creative ways of thinking, practicing the ability to find solutions in a more effective way and of course more open and friendly with technology in solving everyday social problems.
