National Customer Day 2019 Chance for XL Axiata Customers to Get Attractive Offers

Jakarta, 4 September 2019. To commemorate National Customer Day today, PT XL Axiata Tbk (XL Axiata) launched the theme “Untukmu #JadiLebihBaik” to strengthen its commitment to provide the best services to its customers. The second biggest telecommunication and data company in Indonesia also holds programs to appreciate its tens of millions of customers. One of the programs is a special offer for XL, AXIS and XL PRIORITAS subscribers on Customer Day that falls on 4 September 2019.

Like in the previous years, XL Axiata President Director Dian Siswarini took the time to directly serve customers. She was accompanied by XL Axiata Commercial Director Allan Bonke, who greeted customers and chatted with them at Xplor service center in Lotte Shopping Avenue, Ciputra Mal, Jakarta. Similarly, XL Axiata management in each region also took the time to serve customers to celebrate the special day.

XL Axiata Commercial Director Allan Bonke said, "Customer Day always becomes a special momentum for us every year. In line with the theme ‘Untukmu #JadiLebihBaik’, we are committed to always improving service quality for customers. High quality service that can satisfy customers will build customer confidence in XL Axiata's products and services. Therefore, we will always nurture such confidence as our capital to grow our business today and in the future."

The special offer for XL and AXIS subscribers comes in the form of opportunities to get extra benefits. For XL customers, there are two offers. First, free Rp100,000 data/phone credit package for subscribers who on that day interacts with the "Xabi" icon that appears on Instagram story and @myXL Twitter account. To snatch the opportunity, customers have to capture the Xabi icon then post it on their social media account using the #JadiLebihBaik hashtag and mention @myXL. Subscribers also have to first follow the @myXL account. Second, on the same day, XL also gives a special surprise under the XTRA Surprise program, where it presents data bonus of up to 1GB and phone credit of Rp1 million each for lucky customers who purchase the XTRA Surprise package that day.

Meanwhile, there are two offers for AXIS subscribers. First, app quota bonus from AXISnet by downloading the newest AXISnet app. Subscribers can get the app quota bonus on the AXISnet Home page. The second offer is the Phone Credit Gift worth Rp500,000 for six AXIS subscribers that participate in the AXIS social media quiz that day.

Meanwhile, for its postpaid service, XL also provides special offers for its XL PRIORITAS subscribers, both new and loyal subscribers. New subscribers with any type of XL PRIORITAS package can get free Netflix, YouTube and iflix stream access for 30 days with PRIO Apps Booster Film. Furthermore, by subscribing to myPRIO Plan/myPRIO Talk+ with Gold as the minimum package, subscribers can get millions of rupiahs in discounts. New subscribers can only sign in via the nearest PRIORITAS Center/XPLOR/XL Center. Loyal subscribers can enjoy the free PRIO Apps Booster Film feature immediately by activating the promo on myXL Postpaid app or *123*1000#. This special offer is valid on 4 September 2019.

XL Axiata will also hold a competition on social media. Customers can participate in the competition by answering trivia quizzes related to XL Axiata’s service. Prizes include Rp250,000 credit and exclusive merchandises. All XL Axiata customers can easily participate in the competition, simply by following @myXLCare on Twitter or liking myXLCar Facebook page at http://bit.ly/fb-mayaxl, and following the guidelines. Participants are only allowed to post an answer from one Twitter account, and it must be completed with #XLGames and #JadiLebihBaik hashtags throughout the digital competition. The winner of the XL Games will be announced on 7 September 2019 via Facebook and Twitter.

To date, XL Axiata has 56.6 million customers. To serve and provide them with solutions to their questions, complaints and demand for product information, XL Axiata has 72 outlets in 50 cities and 19 provinces across Indonesia. XL Axiata also provides customer service through retail outlets or outlets that sell XL Axiata products in every city of service areas. At those outlets, customers and the public can also get information about XL Axiata products. At least 150,000 XL Axiata outlets are available across Indonesia.
