Cirebon, May 25 2025 –  The management and employees of PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk (XLSMART) have provided social assistance to the Budhi Asih Foundation in Cirebon on Friday, May 23, 2025. The delivery of this assistance is part of the company's commitment to strengthening social care values, and it also serves as the main agenda in the series of employee tours held in the city. This series is expected to bring real social impact to the Cirebon community.

 

The management leaders who also attended this event were the Director & Chief People Officer of XLSMART, Jeremiah Ratadhi, the Chief Network Integration Officer of XLSMART, I Gede Darmayusa, and the Chief Human Capital Officer of XL Axiata, M. Hira Kurnia.

 

Jeremiah Ratadhi stated that XLSMART pays special attention to the children of Yayasan Budhi Asih in helping them prepare for the digital era. According to him, the company also encourages direct employee involvement in various sustainable programs, such as digital skills enhancement training and internship programs. The goal is for those children to be more prepared and confident in facing the era of digitalization.

 

"Through this activity, we want to show that the spirit of togetherness at XLSMART is not only for the internal organization but also extends to the surrounding community." We believe that social contributions like this also help shape a company culture that is humane and sustainable," added Jeremiah.

 

Before the distribution of donations, a movie screening of an inspirational film was held by representatives of the XLSMART Movie Club along with the children, accompanied by education on healthy and wise internet usage. This activity is a collaboration between XLSMART and the Majelis Taklim XLSMART (MTXLSMART). Then it was concluded with the handover of assistance and donations for educational needs to the foundation. To the Budhi Asih Foundation in Cirebon, XLSMART donated funds used for operational expenses and mosque renovations.

 

This series of activities is not merely a form of entertainment or relaxation for employees. Moreover, these activities are also carried out as a tangible form and initial step towards realizing XLSMART's vision of being the Best Workplace for Employees, in creating the best work environment where each individual can grow, develop, and showcase their best performance in a supportive and mutually supportive atmosphere.

Touring Keakraban to Open Dialogue

 

The event began on May 22, 2025, with a tour titled Touring Keakraban XLSMART BoX (Bikers of XLSMART). A total of 65 participants took part in the journey from Jakarta to Cirebon. This tour was divided into several groups, organized based on the founding dates of XLSMART, which are 16, 04, 20, and 25. The group made a stop in Subang, West Java, as a layover before continuing their journey.

 

This tour is not just an opportunity to foster togetherness, but also a reflection of a flexible, healthy, and dynamic work philosophy, in line with the new cultural direction post-company integration.

 

Along with the donation handover, an open and inspiring dialogue forum was also held between employees and the management team.

 

This dialogue session becomes an important moment in conveying the company's strategic direction, the work culture values being promoted, while also listening to the direct aspirations of employees in Cirebon and its surroundings. Two-way interactions like this are considered very important in creating an open, democratic, and healthy work ecosystem.

 

This opportunity was also used to inaugurate the Employee Club XLSMART, a community of employees formed based on interests and hobbies. The presence of this club is expected to serve as a positive channel for building synergy, creativity, and work-life balance for all employees.

 

Several clubs that have been inaugurated include bikers, movie, runners, basketball, tennis, music, cycling, Zumba, soccer & futsal, Tamiya, golf, culinary, camping, billiards, and even a fishing club. With the presence of these clubs, employees are not only given space to express their hobbies but also to get to know each other across departments, build internal networks, and strengthen their sense of belonging to the organization.
