For XL prepaid customers, XL Axiata presents "XL Poin" program. This program allows every XL Prepaid customer who makes transactions, either through myXL application or other sales channels, to automatically earn points. The accumulated points can be redeemed for a number of attractive options. This XL Poin program can be enjoyed by customers starting January 2024 by redeeming points through myXL application.

According to David, through this XL Poin rewards program, XL Axiata hopes to improve customer satisfaction and experience in subscribing to XL Axiata prepaid services. If customers are satisfied in using XL Axiata services, their loyalty will also increase, which in turn will also be positive for business.

 

Points collected by XL prepaid customers can be redeemed for a variety of options available on myXL application. The choice of benefits and rewards that customers can choose from include internet quota, extension of active period and discount voucher options at favourite shopping places to holiday trips, such as tiket.com, Blibli and ZALORA. All points collected by customers will remain active until 31 December 2024.

 

Customers can find out what options can be exchanged for the points in question through myXL application in myRewards menu. For this XL Poin program, XL Axiata collaborates with a number of merchant partners that have benefits that XL prepaid customers are interested in, such as tiket.com, Blibli, ZALORA, Vidio and Catchplay.
