Supports the Program of BKKBN Banten Province to Prevent Stunting XL Axiata Distributes Healthy Food Packages

XL Axiata distributes healthy food packages to prevent stunting for family members assisted by BKKBN Banten. The healthy food packages will be distributed to every member of the assisted family members of Banten Province BKKBN Representative in eight villages spread across cities and regencies in Banten Province.

Cilegon, 14 July 2022. PT XL Axiata, Tbk (XL Axiata) supports the Representatives of the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN Representative) of Banten Province in the program of “Gerakan Bapak Asuh Anak Stunting” by providing hundreds of healthy food packages. Symbolically the donation was handed over by the Head of Sales XL Axiata Area Banten Outer, Tom Dedi together with the Acting Governor of Banten, Al Muktabar accompanied by the Chairman of the Baznas Banten Province, Sibli Sarjaya, to representatives of the assisted family members of Banten Province BKKBN Representative at the commemoration of the 29th National Family Day of Banten Province 2022 in Cilegon City, Tuesday (12/7).

 

Tom Dedi said, “XL Axiata always feels part of the local community wherever we are. Therefore, we also support efforts to overcome social problems in society. For this reason, on this occasion we take part in overcoming the stunting problem which is a big concern of Banten Province BKKBN Representative. Hopefully our support in the form of a healthy food package can help people in need.”

 

Tom Dedi added that all the healthy food packages will be distributed to each family member assisted by Banten Province BKKBN Representative in eight villages spread across cities and regencies in Banten Province. XL Axiata cooperates with BenihBaik.com to assist the distribution process and ensure that all the healthy food packages can be well received by the beneficiaries in the allotted time.

 

The program of "Gerakan Bapak Asuh Anak Stunting" which was held is a joint movement to reduce the stunting prevalence rate to 14% by 2024, which involves all parties to jointly provide assistance to families who have children at risk of stunting. This movement aims to increase public awareness and concern in preventing stunting so that children's growth and development are optimal. This program can be followed by both individuals and companies.
