This program was attended by 198 students from 67 organizations under 19 campuses spread across various provinces. The organizations involved are focused on education but are not limited to self-development, finance, food, water and the environment, entrepreneurship, research, conflict resolution, culture, social health, psychology and mental health.

Chief Corporate Affairs Officer of XL Axiata, Marwan O. Baasir, said, "This program which has been running from 13 October to 5 December 2021 focuses on community or student organizations that become agents of change so that they can reach more beneficiaries. The goal is to duplicate the good spirit, knowledge, and effective solutions to problems in their respective regions with the spirit of collaboration so that far more of the younger generation of Indonesia will benefit.”

According to Marwan, the participants are required to attend 6 workshops with various themes. These workshops are opened with team building and how to develop strategies for funding and finance. The third theme is marketing, promotion, and sales (digital and non-digital). The fourth theme revolves around the adoption of technology in organizations. The fifth theme is about managing a project to produce a positive impact, and the last theme is about building culture within the organization and how to manage human relations.

Participants will get various benefits, namely mentoring sessions, discussions, and online training at least 2 times during the period of 6-30 November 2021. Participants can exchange experiences between organizations during the program. The next benefit is the opportunity to expand networks with professionals, alumni, and students receiving the XLFL program as well as between organizations, in addition to the experience to collaborate on joint projects between organizations of the same or different types in their respective time zones (WIB, WITA, and WIT).

Furthermore, to improve digital literacy, participants will be given knowledge related to Global Quality Leadership and 5 basic business pillars, namely finance, marketing, IoT (Internet of Things), operations, and human capital for 1 month through webinars and mentoring. The digital literacy referred to here is related to how to maximize social media, so that it is not only limited to using social media for socialization. There must be added value that can be used as a forum for increasing understanding of the very broad digital world.

Subsequently, at the end of the session, XLFL will look for 6 final projects that are in accordance with the current issue or problem to be implemented by each program participant, minimum to a total of 100 beneficiaries per participating organization/community.
