In an effort to increase customer satisfaction among the youth and Generation Z segment, PT XL Axiata Tbk (XL Axiata) continues to produce innovative products that are tailored to their needs. The newest product is the “Suka Suka Package”, which gives AXIS customers complete freedom to choose data service quotas according to their individual needs. This package can be obtained starting June 14, 2021.

Alfons added that the Suka Suka Package is the latest innovation from AXIS that allows customers to choose for themselves the quota they want to purchase. Not only in choosing quotas, customers can even customize the active period of their package, main quota, and complimentary quota according to their wants. As a result, there are no longer any restrictions and package settings as was the previous case. Customers can pay as they choose. Alfons hopes that the Suka Suka Package will also increase the interest of the youth segment to use AXIS cards.
There are various main quota options, ranging from 1GB to 12GB. In addition, there are complementary quotas such as Social Media, Chat, Video, Games, Conference, Night, and Comic quotas. Applications that can be chosen by customers as complementary quotas include WhatsApp, Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, YouTube, Viu, Netflix, Freefire, Mobile Legends, Zoom and Webtoon, with more applications becoming available in the future. Every customer can choose up to a maximum of three additional quotas for a single app.
The Suka Suka Package can be found on the AXISnet application. Customers who do not have the application can first download it from the Play Store (Google) or the AppStore. After logging in to the AXISnet application, select the home menu, then select the “Suka-Suka Package” menu, then enter the Suka-Suka Package feature. Then, select the active period of the package, select the main quota, and select the complementary quota. After that, check-out and proceed with the payment.
For young people who are not yet AXIS customers, they can purchase an AXIS Card directly at a credit store (Toko Pulsa) or through e-commerce. Special during the month of July, exclusively on Shopee, young people can buy the AXIS Suka-Suka Card where they can choose their quota and also quota bonuses according to their needs.
