The BIC assist the Board of Commissioners in carrying out its supervisory and advisory functions related to the Company’s investment activities and initiatives, including the acquisition and divestment within the BOC reserved matter as stated in the Article of Association, Board Manual, and/or any applicable Limits of Authority of the Company.
