1. Is it only smartphone that I can donate?

Yes, as smartphone will be used for online learning process via various channels such as ZOOM, Google Meet, Microsof Teams, etc.


2. Can I donate new Smartphone?

Of course, it will be very helpful if you can donate new smartphone.


3. What if Smartphone items isn't complete?

It's okay, you can still donate it through at your nearest XL Center. It would be better if you can at least complete the used smartphone with charger.


4. What if there's no XL Center near me?

If you cannot find any XL Center near you, then you can send the smartphone with proper packaging to XL Axiata’s headquarters with the following address:

5. From whom can I get the receipt for the phone I donate?

You can have the receipt from XL Center Officer you met and deliver the smartphone to. 


6. If I send out donated smartphone to XL Axiata Tower, will I get the receipt?

No. You should get the receipt from the Expedition provider.


7. How can I be assured that the phone I donate is distributed properly to beneficiaries in need?

XL Axiata is collaborating with experienced and trusted Partner to conduct strict verification process towards beneficiaries. Benefeciary List will be announced on this website after verification process done.


8. Can I donate money instead of Handphone?

No. We receive only donation in physical smartphone, new or used one.
