Denpasar, 30 August 2023. PT XL Axiata Tbk (XL Axiata) continues to increase its commitment in providing the best service and experience for its customers. One of them is by adding XL Priority and smartphone bundling services in one place at two XL Centers in Bali. The addition of this service is in collaboration with Cellular World, the largest smartphone and gadget accessories Retail Company in Bali. The inauguration of the additional services at XL Centers was attended by Group Head of Direct Channel Management of XL Axiata, Muhamad Novan Adilandy and Director of Cellular World, Malika Jiwaji, in Denpasar, Tuesday (29/08).

 

Novan said, "The addition of services that XL Axiata provides at the two XL Centers in Bali is one of our solutions and commitment to answer customer needs in obtaining complete services at XL Centers. Nowadays, customers tend to need one stop shopping services where they can get complete services in just one place. For us, this phenomenon is an opportunity to provide complete services, while enriching the ecosystem at XL Center that can facilitate customers."

 

There are two XL Centers in Bali, namely XL Center Sunset Road at Jl. Sunset Road 818, Kuta District, Badung Regency, and XLC Cellular World at Jl.Teuku Umar No. 60 2nd floor, Dauh Purih Kauh, West Denpasar District. Both are in strategic locations and can be easily reached by customers. Novan added, with this collaboration, XL Axiata hopes that customers will be more comfortable using XL Axiata services, where when visiting the XL Center, customers are not only able to get assistance for problems experienced, but also to get information on various products including the purchase of XL Prioritas along with smartphones of various brands.

 

In the past year, the average number of customers who came to XL Center was around 100 customers per day. "We hope that the more complete ecosystem at XL Center will encourage the purchase of gadgets and data services at XL Centers in Bali. Moreover, the collaboration with Cellular World will enable the offering of quality smartphone products at XL Center outlets.
