XL Axiata is the telecommunications operator with the most customers in Lombok. The opening of XL Centre at Epicentrum Mall, Mataram City, is part of the effort to improve services to customers. Currently, XL Axiata's 4G network is available to serve customers in 598 villages, 54 districts, and 5 regencies/cities in Lombok. In total there are more than 4,000 BTS throughout Lombok, with around 2,300 of them 4G BTS.

Mataram, 25 May 2023. PT XL Axiata Tbk (XL Axiata) inaugurated its new XL Center Mataram customer service centre on Thursday (25/05). XL Centre, which is now located at Epicentrum Mall, Mataram City, West Nusa Tenggara, comes with broader capacity and better facilities and accommodates digital services. As the most widely used telecommunications operator by the people in Lombok, the opening of XL Center in the shopping centre for all digital service needs that are well known by the people of Lombok, is part of an effort to improve service to customers.

 

The inauguration of XL Centre Mataram at Epicentrum Mall was attended by the Deputy Mayor of Mataram, TGH. Mujiburrahman, Group Head of Direct Channel Management of XL Axiata, Muhamad Novan Adilandy, Group Head Premium Segment of XL Axiata, Randu Zulmi and Head of Sales of XL Axiata Lombok area, Donny Darmawan.

 

Novan Adilandy said, "Our commitment is to provide the best customer experience and every month thousands of customers come to XL Centre Mataram either because they need help or want to become new XL customers. Customer experience has been one of XL Axiata's focuses in recent years through the spirit of "Serving With Heart". Deputy Mayor of Mataram, TGH. In addition to opening XL Centre, XL Axiata also donated routers and free internet access facilities for one year to orphanages and Islamic boarding schools.  XL Axiata hopes to encourage the improvement of digital literacy, including supporting digitalisation among Islamic boarding schools and the community.
