Jakarta, March 24th 2020. PT XL Axiata Tbk (XL Axiata) have officially received the resignation of Allan Bonke as Director & Chief Commerce Officer (CCO) of XL Axiata on March 23rd 2020. Allan Bonke stepped down from his position as Director, to further accept the assignment of developing his professional career at Celcom Axiata. Allan Bonke has carried out his professional career at XL Axiata for over 3 years. President Director & CEO of XL Axiata, Dian Siswarini said, "The change of directors and leadership is a natural thing in companies that prioritize professionalism and talent development, including at XL Axiata. Allan Bonke as a professional requires competence and experience by the parent company of the Axiata Group to handle and support the development of Celcom Axiata (operating companies) which is also under the Group. The Company has assigned David Arcelus Oses to temporarily assume the authority and the duties of the Commerce Directorate. Furthermore, the approval of Allan Bonke's resignation and the appointment of David Arcelus Oses as Director & Chief Commerce Officer will be decided at the XL Axiata Shareholders' General Meeting which will be determined hereafter.
