Group Head of Direct Channel of XL Axiata, Muhamad Novan Adilandy said, "Activation of expired card is one of the services that has a high demand. The daily average for these services, both online and offline, is about 40% of all customer service. It is undeniable indeed, customers frequently forget to top up their credit because they have more than one number or are now using the home internet.

 

Novan added, considering the increasing pandemic situation, XL Axiata encourages customers to reactivate their cards online. Therefore, they provide a 5GB quota bonus. According to him, by utilizing online services, apart from being easier, customers will also be safer in carrying out health protocols.

 

For customers who need a card reactivation service, it is enough to prepare several documents, namely an expired physical card, ID Card, and Number of KK (Family Card). This reactivation process of the card itself will take 30 minutes up to 2 hours depends on the customer data verification.
