Jakarta, 20 April 2023. PT XL Axiata Tbk (XL Axiata), through XL Axiata Business Solutions, is ready to fully support digitisation efforts to accelerate the implementation of smartcity programs and connectivity of district and rural areas in South Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi. XL Axiata Business Solutions collaborates in providing high-speed internet network for South Konawe Regency with all Regional Work Unit (SKPD) devices. The signing of the cooperation was held in Jakarta, Friday (14/3).

Through this cooperation, we will help the government of South Konawe to optimally implement the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) to improve services to the community and support the process of developing South Konawe region towards digital for all sectors ranging from industry, agriculture, plantations to marine."
Feby further explained, in supporting smart city programs in the regions, XL Axiata Business Solutions has readiness that includes resources, technology, and experience in implementing similar programs in a number of regions in Indonesia. The cooperation between XL Axiata Business Solutions and South Konawe Regency Government includes the implementation of various solutions (Integrated ICT). This implementation will begin in the 2nd quarter of 2023. Furthermore, this year XL Axiata Business Solutions will also work with several industrial areas in the Sulawesi area.
